The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) has developed a safety-management system for air charter firms. Components of the system include pilot online training, safety audits, collection and analysis of incident and accident data, live Webcasts, regulatory compliance guidance, risk management and more than 30 other safety-related elements. Enrollment fees for NATA members are $900 for operators with up to 19 pilots, $1,800 for operators with 20 to 99 pilots and $2,700 for operators with 100 or more pilots. Fees are double for nonmembers.
