Aeros Aviation, which owns completion and refurb shop McKinney Aerospace, is building a new corporate hangar at Collin County Regional Airport in McKinney, Texas, north of Dallas. The hangar will enclose 12,500 sq ft, and another 5,000 sq ft of office space will be available for corporate flight department and charter tenants. Aeros plans to offer tenants a biometric security system. The airport, with a 7,000-foot ILS-served runway,
is home to FBO Cutter Aviation and a growing number of flight departments.
