TAG Aviation at the UK’s Farnborough Airport has once again garnered the highest score in AIN’s Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia FBO Survey. The service facility, southwest of London, earned an overall score of 9.1 out of 10 from AIN readers, led by twin 9.3 scores in the categories of passenger amenities and facilities. One of the few business aviation dedicated airports in Europe, Farnborough has seen more than $166 million in investments since TAG took over the airport’s operations from the UK Ministry of Defence more than a decade ago.
Filling out the top-three locations this year were two FBOs at Geneva International Airport: the recently renovated Jet Aviation facility and TAG Aviation, which is set to undergo a major expansion. Three FBOs at Paris Le Bourget landed among the top performers: Universal Aviation, Dassault Falcon Service and Landmark Aviation.
Meanwhile, Harrods Aviation at London Luton, Landmark Aviation at France’s Nice Cote d’Azur and ExecuJet Middle East at Dubai International Airport rounded out the list of those that scored 8.0 or higher. This year’s survey saw evaluations for FBOs in 91 countries.
