The motor generator, which is an essential piece of equipment on the S61, is not a PMA replacement part but is rather the actual OEM part. “Ontic owned the part,” said Luty. “We work to help our S61 customers find these difficult-to-locate parts. They are fighting fires and they can’t take off if we can’t get them the parts they need to fix their aircraft.” The Heli-Expo price is $58,300, and it is good through the close of the show.
