NBAA Committee Proposing Better Ways To Train
Recurrency training–as it is done now–is little more than a recertification of an initial proficiency check, and a missed opportunity to expand a pilot’s skill set, according to Steve Charbonneau, NBAA Safety Committee secretary and leader of the Business Aviation Pilot Training Project.
