Russian Helicopters last month announced it has consolidated “control stock of all of Russia’s rotorcraft-building enterprises,” as it has increased its stake in Rostvertol from 23 percent to 75 percent. Russian Helicopters also owns 72 percent of Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, 99.8 percent of Kamov, 60 percent of Stupino Machine Production Plant, 75 percent of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, 66 percent of Kazan Helicopters, 100 percent of Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise and Helicopter Service Company, 81 percent of Reductor-PM and 75 percent of Progress Arsenyev Aviation Company. Russian Helicopters is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of UIC Oboronprom.
